Mission Statement

Our aim is to provide you with a safe haven. We encourage a non-judgemental environment; a community where you can air your views, share your concerns, establish connections or just chat with your friends. Our ultimate aim is for you to not feel alone.

We provide information on all kinds of subjects and encourage everyone to share personal experiences. We are not experts; we are a community of caring people that share our experiences to help others.

We actively promote featured stories, causes, events or businesses that are here to better humanity.

General Rules & Safety

Please note that this site was created to help others find friendship and support. Any expressions made on this site, forums or groups are our own personal views gained from our personal experiences in life or that which we have seen around us; we are not experts, we are just caring people.

The information provided on our site and forums are there to express care and understanding of different situations that we all may face. We aim to share helpful information and experiences provided by ourselves and others but as with any medical condition or life situation you must seek professional advice or do your own research.

This rule also applies to the forums/groups and any views expressed by members. Even though the forums/groups will be monitored, and we will attempt to keep them safe, we are not accountable for any actions taken by person/s based upon what they may read on this site or the forums.

We are also not responsible for private discussions that may take place on the forums, site or groups (ie private chat/chat rooms/private messages/emails). It is the responsibility of each individual to report any misconduct that they may witness and send a report to support@leanonus.co which will be dealt with in a discrete manner.

Please be safe and use common sense when taking advice from others and make sure you do your own research before acting upon it.

Forum, Site & Group Rules

Communicate in a kind manner without being degrading or insulting.
Please try to be understanding and not overly critical even if you do not agree with the views of others.
Check topics/threads before posting a new one so that the forums can be kept clutter free.
Do not harass or annoy others and do no bombard members with unwanted private messages.
Do not SPAM or post scams.
Be honest and do not make false claims.
Do not post inappropriate pictures or links.
Be safe - DO NOT give out personal information to other members.
Be nice and have some fun.

Please note that if anyone does not abide by the rules above it may result in being removed from the site, forums and groups.

Content

We reserve the right to remove, without notice, any content for any reason. If this does occur we will contact the person concerned (if available).

Privacy Statement

LeanOnUs.co will not sell your information to other companies or organisations and we will not share your private information with other organisations. If you have any questions please send an email to support@leanonus.co.

Donations

All donations received go to help towards the running costs of this site and the forums. Our 'dream' is to provide helpful information and a place to get support from ourselves and others. All your donations go toward this. If you have any questions about donations please send an email to us@leanonus.co.

As with donations we are always looking for sponsors to help support us with the running costs of this site and the forums. When you click on a sponsors link we do not get paid but we encourage you to visit our sponsors as a thank you to them for supporting our community financially.

The majority of the links featured within our site take you to the provider/source of the information and we do not make money from these. If a link does benefit the site financially it will be stated alongside that so you know. Please also note that we share links on our site in good faith and they are checked on a regular basis but we are not held responsible for any bad links that may appear after you leave our site. If you have any problems with broken links or concerns about a link that we feature on this site please let us know so that we can investigate it.
